New features released - (Application and product Statuses, Product data multiple sources, Contextualized help and chat)

1/ Keep an eye on the status of your application

To help you easily and quickly track the status of your application, we have added a global status manager.
This status allows you to know at a glance if everything is going well on your account or if you have potential actions to take. Several states can be displayed:

To help you easily and quickly track the status of your product, we have added a product status manager.

This status allows you to know at a glance if everything is going well on your product or if you have potential actions to take. Several states can be displayed:

3/ Enrich your product data with multiple sources

You can now add multiple data sources to enrich your product information. For example, imagine that you want to import product data in order to perform a margin-based pricing strategy taking into account several cost data. Here is an example configuration that you can now implement from your application: 

- Main product data: Imported from your marketplace platform
- Purchase price of your products: Imported via a file hosted on your website
- Marketplace commissions: Import via a file loaded from our interface
- Shipping cost: Import via a file uploaded from our interface

As a reminder, we accept several import modes (File via the interface, file hosted on a URL, file hosted on an FTP)


4/ Understand and quickly correct potential issues on your account

In addition to application and product statuses, we've added contextualized help to help you understand and correct potential issues on your account.
When an issue is detected or a check is recommended, you can access the resolution help by clicking on the desired line. You will be given an explanation and when possible, a direct button to initiate a corrective action.

When it is not possible to provide this help, you can always contact our customer care team to assist you.


5/ Contact and get support from our teams via chat

Last but not least, you can now contact our team directly from your application. When our team is available we will respond to your requests to assist you in using our application and optimizing your market ;)
