Overview
Amazon integration helps you to:
- Map Amazon products to your cms products
- Import orders
- Confirm shipment
- Export stock levels
Create a new Amazon integration
To create a new amazon integration, go in menu Integrations and click on the "Create new integration" button.
Give a name to your integration and in the "Type" dropdown, select integration "Amazon XX", XX being the country for your amazon account.
Warning: Dont use "Amazon" or "Amazon V2" or "Amazon FBA" integration types, they are deprecated
Note: If you sell on different amazon countries, you must create one integration for each country.
Then save.
Authenticate
The next step is to authenticate with Amazon, for that click on the "Configuration" tab for your new integration and click on button "Authenticate":
You will be redirected to Amazon login screen, follow the steps to confirm the login
Product synchronisation
Product synchronisation can be configured 3 different ways. Depending of your requirements, configure the integration accordingly
- Case #1. All amazon products must exist in myFulfillment, then amazon products will be attached to existing products
- Select a virtual integration in General > Virtual integration > Virtual integration
- Set General > Virtual integration > map products only = yes
- Case #2. Most of the amazon products should already exists in myFulfillment, but some products are specific to Amazon so they should be created automatically in BMS
- Select a virtual integration in General > Virtual integration > Virtual integration
- Set General > Virtual integration > map products only = no
- Case #3. Amazon products are completely separated from your products in myFulfillment, so they must be created in myFulfillment
- Leave General > Virtual integration > Virtual integration empty
Then you can manually run a first time the "Product sync" feed and schedule it every 12 hours
Order synchronisation
This feed will import Amazon orders in myFulfillment.
Before you run the Order sync feed, configure the integration as following, in "Configuration" tab > "Order import settings" section:
- Last order sync: leave empty:
- Ignore orders purchase before: fill here the date to start synchronization from. Orders placed before will be ignored
- Import shipped orders: if you enable this option, shipped orders on Amazon will be imported and shipped in BMS, decreasing the stock levels
- Order store id: store to import order in
- Shipping methods: at the beginning leave it empty, but you could map here Amazon shipping methods with myFulfillment shipping methods, like in this example:
- Tax rates: fill here the tax rates based on country
Once settings are configured, you can save and run the "Order sync feed". You can also schedule it every 5 minutes.
Stock level export
First you need to select what warehouses will be exported to Amazon, you can select one or several warehouses in the Configuration > Stock levels export settings.
If you want to export kit stock levels, simply enable the option
Once configuration is done, hit the save buttton.
Then, run feed "STOCK check" manually and schedule it once a day.
Last, you can schedule the Export stock every 5 minutes.
Shipping confirmation
Once an order is shipped in myFulfillment, the shipping confirmation is sent to Amazon.
First you need to configure the shipping method mapping to confirm the shipments to Amazon, this can be done in Configuration > Shipping confirmation setttings:
Once this is configured, hit the save button and configure the Shipping confirmation feed every hours.
