Amazon - Connect your account to myFulfillment

Overview

Amazon integration which will be used to submit your feeds, sync orders, or import products. 

Authorize Connect developer ID

To get the credentials to configure in amazon integration,it requires to authorize the boostmyshop developer ID in amazon seller central (amazon seller central is the amazon back office).

In order to connect your Connect store to your Amazon account, you’ll need to authorize C as a developer. 

Use the following instructions to authorize Connect to access your Amazon account using Amazon MWS. This will allow you to use these Connect solutions:

  • Import products from your Amazon inventory
  • Sync orders from Amazon with your store 

At the end of these steps, you will be provided with your Amazon Seller ID and MWS Authorization Token which will be used to submit your feeds, sync orders, or import products. 

1. Log in as the account owner of the Amazon Professional Seller account 

                                                                                                                            

2. Go to Settings > User Permissions page in Seller Central 

NOTE: The owner of the Amazon account is the only one who will see the developer area on the User Permissions page. Not even a full access super-admin can see it, only the owner.



3. Click the Authorize new developer button 



4. Enter the Developer Name and Developer ID and click Next

5. Accept the terms and click Next


6. Your Seller IDMarketplace IDs, and MWS Auth Token will appear

7. Copy and paste these into Connect Integration settings, order sync settings, or import source settings


Create new Amazon integration

Create a new integration configuration in the menu Integration >> Manage Integration >> Click on new integration >> General tab
 
Fill the required field:

Fill the title of this integration

Yes / No for the integration

Amazon for integrating Amazon
Website
For which website the products and data should be imported

And click on Save




Configure integration

You can configure the Amazon integration from menu Integration >> Manage Integration >> Choose the above created amazon integration from the grid >> Configuration tab

Fill the details of Merchant ID, Developer Token, Country and click on save. Once the save is success then start with the catalog feeds.

Catalog feed

From the menu Integration >> Manage integrations >> Choose the amazon integration >> feeds >> Click on Run now button of Download Catalog.
You can schedule catalog feed as 4 hour.

And once it is executed, in the Amazon Listing tab, you will see the amazon products.

If the SKU on Amazon matches the SKU from the Connect, it will be "Associated".

If the SKU does not matches the Connect products, then those SKU's will not be associated and you can manually associate them using the Edit button on each products row. And associate the Amazon products to the existing Connect products.




Order feed

Configure import orders from menu Integration >> Manage Integration >> Click on new integration >> Configuration tab >> Order import settings

Configure as above in the import order settings and click on save. After saving you can run the order feed.
You can schedule the order feed as 15 mins.

Continue to run the feed manually until all the orders are completely imported. 


Connect will import every orders to fulfill. 

During the order import, Connect will Map the shipping method on Amazon a method in Connect, this is configurable from the "Shipping method mapping" section : 



If there is no mapping for a shipping method, an error will be thrown saying "Unable to map amazon method XXX". In that case, manually add the mapping and save. Then, retry the error.


Shipping confirmation feed

When a shipment is done for an Amazon order, a new entry is added in the Amazon integration, under the "Shipments" tab :



At first, the shipment are not confirmed. When the shipping confirmation feed runs, it will confirm the shipment to Amazon and change "Confirmed" status to "Yes" for this shipments.

Note : it is not possible to confirm a shipment to Amazon without tracking numbers. If for some reasons, some shipment do not have tracking numbers, you can configure a default tracking to send under the configuration tab :
