Amazon - Error : Street is a required field

This article explains how to handle amazon order errors with messages : 

1. Please check the shipping address information. 
   
2. Veuillez vérifier les informations concernant l’adresse de livraison. street est un champ requis.

This error can happen if amazon restricted your account and hides PII (Personally identifiable information).

In such case, Amazon doesnt provide customer firstname / lastname / street and telephone in order details.

To be able to process the order anyway, follow the instructions below.

1. Enable PII option

Go in menu integrations > integrations and click on the Amazon integration.

Select tab "Configuration" and enable option "Import anonymous orders"

When this option is enabled, if an order is imported without PII, the order is put on hold with an organizer message "PII information missing" :

2. Populate missing information in the order

Once the order is imported, shipping and billing addresses are incomplete : 

You must go within the order, click on "Edit" link for the shipping address and update missing details based on information on Amazon Seller central

Once it is done, unhold order to be able to process it in the order preparation
