Overview


This page introduces the new version of BMS Mobile, a mobile app designed to handle logistic operations from a smartphone / PDA


Compatibility

Technically speaking, BMS Mobile V2 is a PWA, so it should be compatible with any device with a scanner.

Regarding devices without barcode scanner:
  1. For Android device, you can use the camera
  2. For iPhone devices, you can install the app but the camera is not supported

Installation

To install, the app, scan the QR code available in myFulfillment: click on the settings icon (top right corner) and select system tab:


Once the page is opened on your device, click on the browser settings (top right corner) and select "Add to home screen option":


You can then select to install the app (use this option).

Then a new app "MyFulfillment" will be available on your device.


Login


Once the app is installed, you can login using your regular myFulfillment credentials.

This section describes the main features for each menu entries:

  1. Settings (click on your avatar in the top right corner)
    1. Change language
    2. Select favorite warehouse, hide warehouses
    3. Enable / disable voice instructions and camera button

    3. Consult the details of an order
  4. Products
    1. Scan a product / search by su - name - barcode
    2. Edit bin location and stock details (including chaotic)
    3. Check last stock movements
    4. Check suppliers related to the product
  5. Stock management
    1. Bulk stock movement creation
    2. Sort products in bin locations
    3. Check bin location content
  6. Picking missions
    1. Consult / Process picking missions scanning location and product
    2. Note: this menu is available ONLY if you use the chaotic storage feature
  7. Order preparation
    1. Compatible with regular mode or batch mode
    2. Picking / packing
    3. Note: to print shipping labels or packing slip, you must configure AutoPrint Web
  8. Receptions
    1. Check last receptions
    2. Create a new receptions against a purchase order
  9. Stock transfers
    1. Process picking and confirmation for stock transfer
  10. Stock takes
    1. Scan products against a stock take
  11. Returns
    1. Validate product reception for existing return
    2. Create a new return selecting an order
