Overview
Boostmyshop provides a Portal where you can create a ticket, see your tickets, and reply to existing tickets
Create an account
Then fill your information and save, a validation email will be sent from which you could validate your account
In the next screen, you could fill a password and save.
Access to your tickets
Once you are logged in, you can see your tickets from the "My Area" menu:
You could then create a ticket or access to your tickets from the right menu:
Best practices to create a ticket
In order to facilitate support members to help you and provide a quick answer, it is highly recommended to follow these rules:
- You can create a ticket from the customer portal or simply sending an email at help@boostmyshop.com
- Before sending a ticket, you can search answers in our knowledge database: https://help.boostmyshop.com/portal/en/kb/bms-connect
- Make sure to add screenshots or any error message to make your request as clear as possible
Frequently asked questions
As an administrator, can i see tickets opened by my team ?
No, you can see only tickets created by you or when you are CC
Can i re-open a closed ticket ?
Yes of course, simply go in the ticket and use the "Reply" button at the top
What means "Accepter des réponses en anglais" ?
If a ticket requires developer support, the developer may contact you directly.
If you speak english, tick this checkbox so developers might contact you in english directly
You dont speak english ? No worry, a customer agent will answer you in french !
