Cancel or delete an order

Cancel or remove an order


Order cancelation

To cancel an order, go in menu sales > order, search for the order and click on the "Details" link.

In the order popup, click on the "Cancel" button  :



Note : it is not possible to cancel an order once it's invoiced or shipped.

Order deletion

To delete an order, go in menu Sales  > Order, search for the order, tick the checbox in the first column and select action "Delete". Then hit button "Submit" : 




Note : some integrations like Amazon or Hiboutik may automatically download again a deleted order.
