How to Cancel or Delete an Order

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  1. Go to the Sales > Orders menu.

  2. Find the order you want to cancel and click on Details.

  3. In the order popup window, click the Cancel button.



Warning Note: You cannot cancel an order once it has been invoiced or shipped.

Delete an Order  

To delete an order completely from your order list:

  1. Go to the Sales > Orders menu.

  2. Locate the order you want to delete.

  3. Select the checkbox in the first column.

  4. In the Actions dropdown, choose Delete.

Click Submit to confirm the deletion.




Notes
Note : some integrations like Amazon or Hiboutik may automatically download again a deleted order.
