Chaotic storage - Purchase order reception

When chaotic storage is enabled, all products received through a PO reception will be allocated to the default location for reception for the warehouse configured in the PO.

To check the warehouse configured for the PO, open the purchase order, go in tab "General" and check the warehouse for reception:

Then, you need to make sure that a location is configured for receiving for this warehouse: go in menu inventory > bulk editor, then click on button "Manage location" at the bottom.

Then filter location for the warehouse and default for reception:

If no location is configured, create a new one.

Once the configuration is done, you can create purchase order reception normally.

Every stock movement generated by the reception will target to the location being the "default for receptions":
