This article explains how to configure and test your Colissimo / So Colissimo account in Connect.

You can use the Colissimo wizard to

1. Configure your account


Select menu "Sales->Shipping labels". Then, select the "Colissimo" template and go into the settings tab: 



Enter the following information  :
  1. Compte : this is your account number
  2. Mot de passe : password
  3. Commercial name : your company name
  4. Contact : main contact in your company
  5. Default HS code : this is the default custom code to use to generate CN23
Then save

If you can't find the Colissimo template, use the wizard to generate it


2. Map shipping methods and your Colissimo account

Select menu Sales > Shipping label and create on the "New" button in the bottom right corner.

In the new screen, configure the template as following.

  1. General tab
    1. Name : Colissimo
    2. Status : enabled
    3. Type : Label Colissimo
    4. Associated shipping method : check all shipping method related to colissimo : 



  1. Export tab
    1. File name : colissimo.pdf

Then save



3. Test your configuration

  1. Go in order preparation screen (Menu sales > order preparation)
  2. Select an order from the "In stock" tab and add it to the in progress tab using the link "Pack" on the right
  3. Once the order is added to the In progress tab, click again on the "Pack" link, you are then redirected to the packing screen
  4. Edit the shipping method for the current order using the pencil icon next to the shipping method and in the popup, select a Colissimo method
  5. Once the shipping method is changed, confirm the quantity for the products, enter a weight and commit the packing
  6. In the next screen, you'll see a "Shipping label" button, clicking on it will download the label PDF

4. Le numéro tarifaire d'un article n'a pas été transmis

Cette erreur peux survenir lorsque vous faites une expédition à l'étranger : en effet, pour les expéditions à l'internationale, Colissimo a besoin de connaitre le code harmonisé douanier des produits.

Vous pouvez retrouver le code associé à votre activité sur cette page : 

Une fois le code trouvé, sélectionnez les menus ventes > étiquettes et cliquez sur votre modèle Colissimo : 


Dans l'écran suivant, sélectionnez l'onglet "Colissimo settings" et renseignez le code harmonisé ici : 



Vous pourrez ensuite regénérer l'étiquette de la commande
