Connect Module for Prestashop

Prestashop - Boostmyshop additional module

Connect provides a prestashop Module to improve the communication between Pretashop and Connect.

Main features : 
  1. Show stock details in the Prestashop product view
  2. Show fulfilment progress in the Pretashop order view
  3. Support relay codes for specific shipping methods (boxtal, mondial relay by common service)

Note : this module requires to create a specific user in Connect

Installation

Download and install the module : 


Create Connect user


Login on your Connect account, go in menu Settings > Users and create a new user with profile API


Configuration

Once the module is installed in Prestashop, go in the module configuration page (Quick access > Installed module > BoostMyShop Connect  > Click on "Configure" button :





In the configuration screen, enter :

  1. Server url : this is the url of your connect server https://xxx.erp.boostmyshop.com/ (ex: https://fr1.erp.boostmyshop.com/)
  2. Login : login of the API user
  3. Password : Password of the API user



If your settings are correct, you'll get a confirmation message : 



Product view


In the Prestashop product view, click on tab "Modules" and then on "Configure" button for the Connect module : 





If the product contains combination, you have one tab per combination.

In each tab, you can see : 
  1. Stock details per warehouse
  2. Expected purchase orders
  3. Orders to ship 





Order view


In the prestashop order view, you can see the Connect details : 






Note : if an order is not available in Connect, you'll get error message "This order not found in connect."


Relay shipping method


So shipping method in Prestashop provided by third companies do not include the Relay point value in Prestashop API.

Connect module for Prestashop allows to fix this problem.

This is available right now for modules : 
  1. Boxtal
  2. Mondial Relay by Common service
  3. Colissimo by Common Service
  4. DPD France
There no specific configuration to do in Prestashop, however you must configure the Prestashop integration :
  1. Login on Connect
  2. Go in menu Integrations > Integrations and click on your Prestashop integration
  3. Select "Configuration" tab and enable option "Connect module is installed" :
