Cron integration
Overview
In myFulfillment, most of the periodic tasks (sales history calculation, WAC calculation...) can be setup from a specific integration type, named "Cron" integrations.
A "Cron" integration is automatically created on each myFulfillment account.
Access the Cron integration
To access the "Cron" inetgration, go in menu Integrations > Manage integrations.
From there, you should see an integration with type = "Cron" :
Click on the integration from the grid to access its details.
Configure the Cron integration
When the Cron integration has been opened, you'll find all available settings in the "Configuration" tab.
Each configuration section is linked to a feed of the Cron integration.
The following sections will provide details about available sections in the configuration.
Supply needs
The supply needs section provide settings related to the "Supply needs notification" feed.

Here are details about these settings :
- Supply needs notification : Define here recipients of the supply needs notification email.
You can setup multiple email addresses by separating them by a comma. Example :
The "Supply needs notification" feed should be scheduled once a day.
Feed details
You will find below all details related to each feed and how they behave:
- Update sales history
Updates the calculation of products sales in all part of myFulfillment, can be viewed in stock helper or replenishment - Update of stock levels
Applies the recommended stock levels that can be seen in the stock helper to the warning and ideal level for each product
If not enabled, the recommendations will have no impact on the application - Supplier mass notification
Sends all purchase order from suppliers that are scheduled at the current time
This feed must be scheduled at the same time you configured the notifications
Can be set at the supplier level in "notifications" tab - Shipping label generation
Allows shipping label generation before preparing orders
Works only with batch mode - Check stock discrepencies
Verifies the stock differences between your website and myFulfillment, if they don't match, the quantities will be sent again by myFulfillment with the stock level export feed from your CMS integration - Supply needs notification
Sends the detail of all current supply needs to the emails specified in the CRON configuration - Delivery status update
Will update the "delivery status" column in the sales->shipment grid
Only works with carrier Alcile and Mazet - Stock levels backup
Creates a .csv backup of all stocks in the warehouses selected in the CRON configuration
Can be found in "warehouse->your warehouse->stock history tab"
Automatically enabled on all accounts - Update WAC of products (incremental)
If wac calculation is enabled on your warehouse in "general" tab, this will calculate the WAC of your products and update them only when stocks are shipped or received - Reset all WAC of products
Forces all WAC to be recalculated with no condition - Update orders cost
Updates the cost found in the order details in "Margin" tab - Geodis tracking numbers
Allows myFulfillment to get Geodis tracking numbers
