Delete product
The only way to delete a product is using the mass action in the products grid.
Click on menu Products, search for the products, tick the checkboxes, select "Delete" in the mass action dropdown and click on the Submit button :
it is not recommended to delete products, as it may break order import from the CMS if the product is used in the order. Instead of deleting the product, we recommend to set it as "Discontinued" (you can do it using the mass action to. Discontinued products are not available for supply needs and purchase orders.
