DPD France / Module Prestashop
Cet article précise le comportement de myFulfillment pour les commercants utilisant DPD France et le module DPD Prestashop.
Une bonne configuration permet de s'assurer du suivi des expéditions (mise à jour des statuts dans Prestashop).
Lors de la génération d'une étiquette DPD, Boostmyshop transmet 2 références à DPD :
1. Dans le champ "referencenumber", c'est le numéro de l'expédition boostmyshop, ce qui permet de faire plusieurs expéditions DPD à partir d'une même commandes :
2. Dans le champ "reference2", c'est la référence de la commande Prestashop ou son ID en fonction de la configuration faite dans le modèle DPD (menu ventes > Etiquettes d'expédition > DPD > Onglet DPD France settings":
En fonction de la configuration de votre module DPD Prestashop, vous devez sélectionner la première ou la seconde option (order ID étant la configuration de base)
