Exclude product(s) from supply needs

Exclude product(s) from supply needs

It is possible to exclude product(s) from supply needs / replenishment into Connect, for this there is two ways to proceed : 

From a Product 


To exclude a product from supply needs you have to go into Menu > Products > your product > Product Details >  Attributes tab > Discontinued, set the Discontinued attribute to yes to exclude product. 


From the Products grid

To exclude in mass products from supply needs you have to go into Menu > Products :
  1. . Select product(s) (first column on the left ) you want to exclude from supply needs.
  2. Once products are selected, at the top of the Products grid into the mass action called 'Actions' choose 'Set product as discontinued' and then click on "submit" button.


Note that when you define a product as discontinued it will not be displayed from the Replenishment / Supply needs grid and the product will not be display from the 'Add product' tab from a purchase order. 

You have the possibility to check what products are discontinued by going on Menu > Inventory > Stock Helper and filter the column called 'Discontinued'  to yes
