Overview
This article explains how to configure myFulfillment if you use different Shopify Locations that you want to feed from different warehouses.
If you need to learn more about Shopify locations, please check this article:
Note: if you have only one shopify location, you can skip this article.
A good example is when you have several shops (let's say in NYC and Paris).
In such case, you can create 2 warehouses (NYC & Paris) in myFulfillment and associate each warehouse to a shopify location
For this purpose, myFulfillment provide a specific integration type : Shopify stock, to map myFulfillment warehouses to Shopify Locations.
Main shopify integration configuration
A first Shopify integration is required to connect myFulfillment with Shopify, sync products and orders.
However, you must disable the stock export feed as the stock updte will be handled through the Shopify Stock integrations.
To disable the feed, select menu Integrations and click on the Shopify integration.
Then disable the "Export stock level" feed changing its schedule to "Not scheduled":
Then save the integration.
Create shopify stock integrations
You must create one Shopify Stock integration for each Shopify Location.
To create a new Shopify Stock integration, go in menu "Integrations" and click on the new integration button.
Give it a name (for example the shopify location name) and select type "Shopify stock", then save.
Once it is saved, go in tab "Configuration" and select your "Shopify Integration" :
Then save.
Once it is saved, click on the Configuraiton tab and select:
- The shopify location to export stock to
- The warehouses to use
Then save.
Once the configuration is done, you must manually run the stock check feed once so a first full synchronisation will be ran:
Once the stock check feed is complete, you can configure the stock level export to run every 5 minutes.
