This article explains why we may have stock movements with label "Force stock to import order" :

When you configure action to perform for order import in an integration, you can select an option to import and ship directly the order : 

In that case, Connect will import the order, create the invoice and create the shipment.

However, a shipment can not be created if there is not enough stock in the warehouse.

if the stock in the warehouse is not sufficient to ship the order, Connect will automatically create a "Force stock to import order" stock movement to put stock for the product.

Then, the shipment will decrease the quantity via another stock movement :
