Hiboutik - Products not created - You do not have sufficient rights to access this resource

This article explains how to fix error "You do not have sufficient rights to access this resource" for product creation feed.

This error is due to missing permission for user.

Identify username

First you need to identify the username used by Boostmyshop to login on hiboutik : select menu integration > manage integrations, click on the Hiboutik integration, select tab "Configuration" and check user : 




Check permission on hiboutik


Login on your Hiboutik account and select menu Parameters > Users > Access management, select user and click on button "Validate" :



In the next screen, make sure the following permissions are checked : 
  1. 142 Gérer les options des produits
  2. 154 Gérer les options multi langues
  3. 155 Gérer les options Internet
Then save

Check fix

Go back in Boostmyshop, Hiboutik integration, select tab "feed" and run feed "Export products" : 




If permissions are correct, you should see a successfull message once feed is complete :
