Overview

You have some issues with your scanning device such as not being able to scan a barcode when not in a text field and you want to fix it.

This documentation will only work with ScanSKU scanning devices 

To do so, you need to check the settings of the "Scanner" application of your ScanSKU device.

Settings to change

1. Go to the settings Menu
   
2. Set output mode to "Keyboard mode"
   
3. Set additional content to "Enter key"
   
4. Set decoding mode to "UTF-8" or "ANSI"
