Manage multiple parcels

Overview

This article explains how to create multiple parcels (and shipping labels) for an order during the packing step

In the packing screen, once you have confirmed the products, you can manage the number of parcels using the area at the bottom of the screen:

If you have only parcel you can update the weight and validate

If you need to send multiple parcels, click on the "+" button on the right to add a new parcel:

Update the weight for each parcel and confirm the packing, the system will then generate as many shipping labels as you have configured parcels

Sometimes you might have validated the packing step but forgot to configure the parcel count.

In such case you must first cancel the previous shipping labels using the dedicated button:

Note: if the button is not available, you must enable the option in settings > order preparation > packing > Allow label cancellation

Once the label is canceled, you can modify the number of parcels using the pencil icon in the top right corner:

In the popup, configure the correct parcels and save.

Then ask the system to generate new shipping labels using the shipping label button:
