Marketplace integrations - Orders are not downloaded : Product is not associated
When a market place order is downloaded, the system will try to map the order items with the products in MyFulfillment.
If it is not possible to find a mapping, order will be in error, example :
To fix the problem, follow these steps :
- Copy the product reference (in the screenshow above, it is XXXX)
- Select tab "Listing" in the integration and search for this product
- Then click on button "Edit" on the right, and select the matching product :
Once it is done, retry to import the order :
