Mondial Relay

This article explains how to configure and test your Mondial Relay account in Connect.

1. Configure your account

Select menu "Settings" on the left and go in tab "Shipping". Then, scroll down until the "Mondial Relay" section : 

Enter the following information  :

1. Active: Yes
   
2. API Company / API Referenbce / Api key : provided by your Mondial Relay account manager
   
3. Commercial name : your company name
   
4. Label size : option to generate the shipping label PDF
   

Then save

2. Map shipping methods and your Mondial Relay accont

Select menu Sales > Shipping label and create on the "New" button in the bottom right corner.

In the new screen, configure the template as following.

1. General tab
   
1. Name : Mondial Relay
   
2. Status : enabled
   
3. Type : Mondial Relay
   
4. Associated shipping method : check all shipping method related to Mondial Relay : 
   

1. Export tab
   
1. File name : mondialrelay.pdf
   

Then save

3. Test your configuration

1. Go in order preparation screen (Menu sales > order preparation)
   
2. Select an order from the "In stock" tab and add it to the in progress tab using the link "Pack" on the right
   
3. Once the order is added to the In progress tab, click again on the "Pack" link, you are then redirected to the packing screen
   
4. Edit the shipping method for the current order using the pencil icon next to the shipping method and in the popup, select a Mondial Relay method
   
5. Once the shipping method is changed, confirm the quantity for the products, enter a weight and commit the packing
   
6. In the next screen, you'll see a "Shipping label" button, clicking on it will download the label PDF
