myFulfillment User Interface Improvements (V2)

Overview

Started in august 2024, we are slowly replacing all myFulfillment screens / pdf documents with a new version to make the screen more friently, clearer and faster.

New features are designed with a sample of 15 customers, tested and then deployed to all accounts.

This page describe the main changes that will apply and also list the new screens released

Feel free to contact us if you experience any issue with the new version of if you wish to see changes.

Move to new version, rollback to old version

Even if the new version will be mandatory in the future, you have the control to switch to new version or use the old one. You will be inform when the old version will be deprecated to move to the new version quickly.

When a page has a new version available, you'll see a "Switch to new version" button in the top right corner:




That can be done clicking on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner and selecting "myFulfillment V2" tab. You can then see all screen / features available with the new version and decide to apply the new version or rollback to the old version:



To enable or disable an element, use the action dropdown.

Global changes

  1. All grids can now be exported to csv files using the "Export a...s" dropdown at the top of each grids
  2. Images in the grid can be zoom moving the mouse over the image
  3. The "select all" action in the grid to select all items including the ones not in the current page is not available anymore, to improve screen performance
  4. "ID" columns are not available anymore
  5. Columns with a large amount of information are now replaced with a summary. Additonal information can be shown moving the mouse over the summary to get more details
  6. Country and shipping method columns are not replaced with a picture representig the flag or the carrier. Additional information are still available moving the mouse over the logo
  7. All tabs content are not loaded dynamically to improve first display performances

Known issues

Some browser extension may lead to a "grey" screen when you get a dialog box. If you experience such issue, first test the screen using the browser incognito mode. Then contact us with the list of the browser extensions loaded so we ca investigate more deeply
