Order tag management

Overview


This feature allows to manage tags against order to easily tag an order and search orders by specific tags.

The order tag feature will be later improved with the following:
  1. Display tag details in the order popup
  2. Rules to automatically assign tags to orders based on conditions
  3. Use order tags in order preparation batch rules

Tags column


Order tags are visible in the main order grid and in order preparation tabs.

You can filter on orders with a specific tag using the header column:


Clicking on the cell, you can open a popup to manage tags against the order


Tag management popup

From this popup you can:
  1. Assign a tag to the current order
  2. Remove a tag for the current order
  3. Create a new tag
  4. Edit tag details

This popup is divided in 4 sections:
  1. Select tags: contains tags already assigned to the order, use the "cross" button to remove it
  2. Available tags: contains tags not assigned to the order, use the "+" button to assign it
  3. Create new tag: here you can create a new tag
  4. Tags: in this section you can edit tag list and delete a tag
