Parcel delivery tracking

Overview


This section explains how myFulfillment tracks the parcels after shipping and how you can get the parcel status until the delivery to customer.

Prerequiresites

To enable this feature, you must enable the DELIVERY_STATUS feed in the SYSTEM integration.

Go in menu INTEGRATIONS and click on the SYSTEM integration, then enable the feed:


Depending of the number of shipments you make per day, we do recommend the following schedules:
  1. Less than 100 shipments a day: every 4 hours
  2. Less than 300 shipments a day: every hours
  3. More than 300 shipments a day: every 30 minutes

Do not configure a too frequent schedule otherwise you'll get errors
Notes
This feed considers only parcels not shipped yet, and not older than 20 days. If a parcel takes more than 20 days to be delivered, the status will not be updated

Supported carriers

Currently, only the following carriers are supported:
  1. BPost
  2. Chronopost
  3. Colissimo
  4. DPD France
  5. Geodis
  6. GLS
  7. Mazet
  8. Mondial Relay
  9. MyGLS
  10. UPS
  11. Wing

How to track parcel status

To get the status of a parcel, go in menu sales > shipment:


The status is available in the "Delivery status" column. Delivery status can take the following values:

Status
Description
Packed
The shipping label has just been created. (Note: this status will remain for carriers not supported yet)
Collected by carrier
Carrier confirmed that the driver has collected the parcel
In transit
Parcel is on the carrier platform
Delivery in progress
The parcel will be delivered soon
Available for pickup
The parcel is available for pickup in the pickup point
Delivered
Parcel has been delivered to customer
Delivery issue
An issue happened during the delivery
Technical error
BMS is not able to retrieve the parcel status. Open tracking details (see below) to get more details

You can get more details about the parcel tracking going into the shipment details:


Then select tab "Tracking details" and you could see details of the parcel journey:
