Overview


This article explains how to user SendCloud shipping label service with Boostmyshop MyFulfillment.

Global workflow is : 
1. You must integrate SendCloud with your CMS (Prestashop / Magento)
2. Sendcloud will automatically import orders from your CMS and assign a shipping method according to the sendcloud configuration you will setup
3. Orders are also imported in MyFulfillment, you will configure MyFulfillment integration to assign the "Sendcloud standard" shipping method to orders
4. Then when you will commit packing, MyFulfillment will call SendCloud to get the shipping label and tracking number using sendCloud rule engine to select the best shipping option


Create integration for myFulfillment


We assume here that you have already connected sencloud with your CMS.

To communicate with Sencloud, myFulfillment needs a dedicated sendcloud integration, follow the steps below to do it.

Login to your Sencloud account and select menu settings > Integrations:



Then click on button "Connect" for integration Sendcloud API:



Then give a name to this new integration and hit save button:



Once the new integration is created, note the integration ID (in the url), the public key and secret key.


Configuration in myFulfillment (easy way, recommended)


In myFulfillment, select menu "wizards" and click on the Sendcloud wizard:



In the next screen, copy the integration ID, public key and secret key and save:



You are now connected with SendCloud, then a new shipping method is available in myFulfillment:



Every time you will ship an order using this shipping method, myFulfillment will use Sendcloud services to generate the shipping label and get the tracking number

Configuration in MyFulfillment (advanced)


  1. Select menu Sales > Shipping label and create a new template with the bottom right button
  2. Configure the new template like this : 



      3. In the next screen, go in tab "Export" and configure like this : 



      4. Then select tab "Sendcloud" settings and fill API key and API secret : you can find them following this link : https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024967012-Documentation-API

      5. Save and go back in the "Sendcloud settings", then fill the integration ID using the ID of your shop integration (the one from which orders are coming).



Ship orders with SendCloud


When you process an order from Order Preparation, if order shipping method is SendCloud, then Boostmyshop will use SendCloud to generate the shipping label.
