Common problems
Gmail : Username and password not accepted
Since the beginning of June 2022, Google has deprecated the ability to login to a gmail account using only username and password. It was possible until now by enabling the "Access to less secure applications" setting, from your Google account. Since Google made the change, a few additional actions need to be operated in your Google account to make it work again.
This link will help you in generating the password:
Here is the list of changes to process :
- Log into your Google account : https://myaccount.google.com/?pli=1
- In the left menu, go to "Security" :

- Go to the "Signing it to Google" section, and click on "2-Step Verification" :

- Follow the process to enable the "2-Step Verification" on your account
- Go back to the "Security" tab, "Signing it to Google" section, and you should see a new link "App passwords", click on it.

App passwords may be not visible, you can search for it directly if needs be, on the search field on the top of the page.
It will however not be offered in the research if the 2-Step Verification isn't set up and active.
- In the "Select application" drop-down, chose "Other", then setup a name for your newly created password (Ex : "myFulfillment")
- Click on "Generate", this will generate a new usable password for your Google account
- You should now be able, following details of "Configuration" section, to log into your Google account from myFulfillment using your email address as username and the password generated previously as password.
2-Step Factor should stay in place until turned off manually, however the App Password that was generated may change if the Google/Gmail account password is updated. In such case, you'll need to generate a new one for your SMTP config and change it in the SMTP config.
