Display of lot & serial numbers through myFulfillment
Once the traceability add-on has been enabled, new grids and columns will be added in myFulfillment to help in the tracking of sources stock level modification.
Stock traceability grids
Main grid
A new grid will be available from menu Inventory > Sources traceability :
This grid will list all sources already created.
You will be able from there to use the differents filters available in the grid to find a source you are looking for.
Grid at product level
A new tab will be available from each product page, named "Sources" :
In this tab a grid will be displayed, listing all sources of the current product.
You will be able from there to use the differents filters available in the grid columns to find a source you are looking for.
"Source" columns
Stock movements grid
A new column will be available in the stock movements grid, named "Sources" :
From this column you will be able to see, for each stock movement created on a product having a traceability mode assigned, the source associated to the stock movement.
Sources display in PDFs
All the sources used during the order preparation process will be visible on differents PDFs.
Picking list
First, in the picking list, if any order contains a product having a source traceability mode of type "Lot", the source having the oldest expiry date will be displayed for these products :
This might help you to ship first products having oldest expiry dates.
Invoices & Packing slips
In invoices and packing slips, you will see the sources associted to shipped products in the "Products" column.
