Overview
This article will help you find the shipment related to a specific order, check if the shipment was confirmed to your CMS and how to force it if needed.
Finding your shipment
There are two ways of finding your shipment reference.
- In the document tab of your order's details:
- By typing your order reference in the "Sales->Shipments" tab:

Here you can also check if your shipment has a tracking number, with default settings shipments without tracking are usually not confirmed to your CMS
Check shipment status
Go to the menu "Integrations->Manage integrations->Your integration->Shipments
Then enter your shipment reference :
If the "confirmed" column is set to "yes" then the shipment was confirmed to your CMS.

Only shipments marked as "No" will be confirmed with the next shipping confirmation feed.
Force shipping confirmation
There are two things you can do with shipments after they are created.
- Reconfirm a shipment
From the shipments tab, select your shipment and use the mass action "mark shipment as not confirmed" :
The shipment will then be confirmed again when the shipping confirmation feed starts.
- Force a shipping confirmation
If your shipment isn't yet confirmed, you can force its confirmation by starting a shipping confirmation feed from the "Feeds" tab in your integration :
It will then set the shipment status to confirmed.
