Place an order on hold
There are three different ways to hold an order in MyFulfillment.
From the order popup
The first one is from the order view by clicking on the on hold button :
From the order preparation screen
The second one is from the order preparation into :
- the 'In Progress' tab, for each order row in the 'Action' column by clicking on the 'Hold' link :
- the packing step, when you pack an order at the bottom of the screen by clicking on the 'Hold order' button :
From the order update feed
The third is only if you have a Magento 1 or Magento 2 integration and that you are using the Update order feed which allow to update order status in Connect if it was modified into your Magento :
